Who can submit plans?

We primarily work with residential home builders. Individuals who wish to submit their personal project plans for a framing bid should be aware that we do not typically work for end users.

What should be included in the submitted plans?

Plans must be in .pdf or .dwg format and include all structural and architectural drawings.

What services and products do you provide?

We provide framing components (I-Joists, Wall Panels, Roof Trusses, Open Web Floors, Engineered Wood Products, Sheathing, Sub-Floor, OSB ecct.) and associated framing services (labor on whole house projects, house wrap, value engineering of plans).

What is Turnkey Framing?

Our Turnkey Framing package includes value engineered plans, floor/wall/roof components, labor and house wrap.
